Question: I want to look good and stand out some representing my company, but it is outdoor and everyone else generally dresses down.
Answer: Just recently worked an outdoor trade show myself. I always try to dress in my company's colors first of all (our product is black and yellow label), so black slacks with yellow t-shirt. If I wear a jacket it is black. Generally, a t-shirt or polo/golf shirt with your company's logo embroidered or silk screened is always acceptable as you are there to promote your company. If it is a very elegant situation, dress slacks with the polo shirt. If it is more casual then say black jeans with a clean t-shirt.
