Where are the good wedding dress boutiques in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area?

Question: We're getting married in France next summer, and I am meeting friends and family in Minneapolis to go dress shopping. Any suggested places that have a wonderfully friendly and intimate atmosphere would be great. Thank you.

Answer: Most dress shops you visit you'll have to make an appointment to try on gowns. I bought my dress at Rhinestones and Ruffles in the Rosedale Center Mall....and was quite pleased with the staff and the prices of the dresses. I bought my dress last year for $450. There are dress shops downtown Rush's and of course David's Bridal. I don't advise anybody go to those shops as they are just pushy and its horrible to have to park either downtown or at David's in the Lyndale Center in Bloomington.
